The Ninebot eKickScooter C2 Lite powered by Segway is part of the eKickScooter C2 series designed exclusively for kids. Despite being designed as a toy for kids, no compromises have been made in terms of the quality of this eKickScooter. Extra attention has been given to the safety features such as 7-inch rubber tyres to offer superior grip. It can speed up to a maximum of 16 km/h (10mph) with a maximum range of 9 km (5.6 miles). In standard mode, with a maximum speed 12km/h (10mph), the battery life goes up to 70 mins which can give out a theoretical range of up to 14km (7.4 miles). The Ninebot KickScooter C2 Lite is extremely lightweight (7.8 kg) and can be easily assembled/disassembled for hassle-free and easy storage. Ambient lights are located at the bottom of the footboard and come in 256 different colours depending on the riding mode. The battery has been placed in the footboard which keeps the centre of gravity at low and makes the eKickScooter very easy to handle, next to that anti slip material has been used for the footboard and tyres to give a steadfast riding experience. The power button is integrated into the throttle and is also used to switch between riding modes: more intuitive for children. The three different riding modes are meant to assist in learning as well as to increase safety by limiting maximum speed to 12km/h (7.5 mph) in the standard mode, eliminating the need to push the throttle (simple kick and go) in the power-assisting mode and the sport mode inates the need to kick to start. Moreover, the KickScooter C2 Lite is always equipped with a hand-operated rear drum brake to ensure a safe braking distance. The KickScooter C2 Lite can be fully charged in just about 5.5 hours and the Smart Battery Management System (BMS) makes sure that no power goes to waste whilst closely monitoring the battery performance to prevent criticalities like overcharge and discharge, overheating, short-circuit and such.
